Im Yoon-ah as Cheon Sa-rang is a employee in lobby of “King Hotel”, who later is transferred to “King The Land” (Special Lobby for VIP client of King group). Lee Jun-ho as Gu Won who stays abroad returns to Korea, who has to compete with her step elder sister to take over the role of CEO. He really hates people who fake their smile. At first, both of them didn’t liked each other. But later Gu Won falls for genuine smile of Cheon Sa-rang. “He fell first and he fell harder” was the case here.
You may not like first few episodes but it will surely goosebumps and butterflies in your stomach when Gu Won asks Cheon Sa-rang, “do i have permission?” before kissing her intensely in episode 8. Damn that scene was too hot for anyone to handle. I watched that scene for multiple times and absolutely needed time to process.
Another scene when Gu Won was eating eggs was my favorite. He was looking so cute like a baby. It drama had romance, fun, comedy and it was full of surprises.
In a episode, the famous Ali(Anupam Tripathi) from squid game made an appearance (cameo role) in episode 7 and 8 of the drama as the prince of Arab and a VIP client of King Hotel. That episode was really hilarious.
The ending of this drama was happy. The ending broke stereotypes of Korean dramas where the male lead watches the female in the wedding gown. In this drama opposite happened, Cheon Sa-rang was admiring Gu Won in his suite.
According to me it was worth watching. “Rich CEO falling in love with the poor girl”, perfectly fits Im Yoon-ah and Lee Jun-ho.
