The drama revolves around Na A-Jeong (played by Jun Jong-Seo), an extra actress (actress who do supporting-roles) with a talent for acting but little recognition for her work.

Her dating life takes a back seat due to her challenging reality, but her long-time male friend Lee Do-Han (played by Kim Do-Wan), the son of a chaebol family, offers her an unexpected opportunity.

He asks her to pretend to be his wife to appease his family’s pressure for him to marry. Actually, Lee Do-Han had a different sexual preference which his family will never accept.

Na A-Jeong accepts the offer, leading to a series of comedic as well as heartfelt moments as she steps into the role of Lee Do-Han’s wife.

However, their plan becomes complicated due to the presence of Lee Ji-Han (played by Moon Sang-Min), Lee Do-Han’s ambitious younger brother. Lee Ji-Han’s plans to make his brother the successor of the LJ Group (as he didn’t want to become the successor) are thwarted by the sudden wedding announcement.

He tries to sabotage the wedding by introducing Yoon Chae-Won (played by Bae Yoon-Kyoung) as a potential bride for his brother.

The drama is filled with touching moments, hilarious misunderstandings, and heartwarming interactions that keep viewers hooked from start to finish.
